Some apps may store preferences, settings, or app-created content on your device. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use personal information for advertising purposes.
Health and sensitive information
Our apps are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Unless an app clearly tells you otherwise, health-related information you enter remains on your device and is not transmitted to AME Mobile. Please review the in-app disclosures for the specific app you use.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our apps and website.
- To respond to support requests and other messages you send us.
- To diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, and protect the security of our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
Our apps may use services provided by Apple or other carefully selected providers for functions such as app distribution, subscriptions, payments, crash reporting, analytics, or optional AI features. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and only as needed to provide their services. Where an app uses a third-party service, the app’s own disclosures may provide additional details.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. You can delete locally stored app data by deleting the app or using its in-app controls, where available. To request deletion of information held by AME Mobile, contact us at info@amemobile.ca.
Children’s privacy
Our apps are not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
